Appeal a decision

If we removed content or rejected a notice, you can appeal that decision free of charge for six months (Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). This applies to both sides: collectors whose content was removed as well as reporters whose notice we did not uphold.

We handle complaints in a timely, diligent and non-discriminatory manner and not solely by automated means. We will inform you of the outcome and the reasons by email. Independently of this, a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 is available to you, as is recourse to the courts.
