Reporting illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)

We accept notices of allegedly illegal content through our notice form at bigboxrox.com/report. Only complete notices submitted through this form can be reliably matched to the reported content and processed under the Art. 16 DSA procedure.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. For stored third-party information (user content), the liability rules of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) apply, in particular Art. 6 (hosting) and Art. 8 (no general monitoring obligation) in conjunction with § 7 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). We are therefore not obliged to generally monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to actively investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content.
